Dear Parents,

Welcome to Tierra Blanca Early Childhood Center! We are honored to be the school where your child’s educational journey will begin. We want you and your child to become part of our school. We are excited about the new school year and know you will find we have various programs designed to help your child learn.

Please be sure to read the student handbook and get involved in your child’s education. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (806) 363-7680 or ask any of our staff members. We will be glad to assist you.

It is important that you are aware of the time schedules. School begins at 7:30 a.m. and dismisses at 3:20 p.m. Please be sure to bring your child on time and pick them up on time. It is very important that your child feels secure in knowing that you or an appointed person will pick him/her up.

Your child must attend school every day. We cannot teach, and they cannot learn if they are not at school. The District attendance policy is enforced at TBECC, and we will check for reasons for absences. If your child is going to be absent, please call the office. Specifics regarding attendance are included in this handbook.
